The meeting takes place at the Lillehammer SAS hotell.
This is conveniently placed in the heart of Lillehammer. The hotel
has restaurants and bars as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, etc..

Since our meeting is organized as a satellite of the NANOMAT conference, registration to the meeting, hotel
reservations, etc., are done through the NANOMAT web site: NANOMAT meeting website.
The fee is 525 NOK, and includes lunch and refreshments.
All participants must be members of the Norwegian Physical Society. Go to this page if you are not already a member.
Call for contributed talks and posters
Authors are invited to submit their abstracts to Ole M. Løvvik(Condensed matter/atomic physics) or Geir Helgensen(Comlex). Include in the
submission the title, all authors with
affiliations, and contact information corresponding author (address, telephone, and e-mail address). The abstract
should be in English and have a maximum of 500 words.
The deadline is 14.April.
Fellowships
A limited number of fellowships for master students are available; these will cover all expenses related to travel and
meeting participation. Students are invited to submit short applications to Ole M.
Løvvik (no form). Include CV and (copies of) official transcripts.

The scientific program is available here. It starts with lunch and lasts from 11:30am to 5:30 pm. There will be three sessions.
